The new Wolves of Wellington  are made with a martingale system to provide comfort and control without the choking effect. 

The martingale system is made with 2 loops. The larger loop is adjustable and goes around the dog's neck to fit loosely, the second, smaller loop is the control loop. This mean these collars fit loose when not tightened by leash pressure (pulling on the lead) which helps to prevent fur tangles and skin irritations.
